Rescuing animals under fire: how UCVC operates in frontline Nikopol

Every day, our doctors treat animals that have suffered from the war.

These are cats and dogs that have lost their homes, owners, or been seriously injured during shelling.

Our veterinarians work in difficult conditions — sometimes to the sound of sirens and explosions, sometimes without light or heat. But even on the most dangerous days, the clinic does not stop working — because there are those nearby who cannot wait.

We perform surgeries, save the wounded, treat infections, sterilize and vaccinate animals — and this is only part of the scope of our work/
