Hundreds of calls, dozens of cases: about the Ukrainian Charitable Veterinary Clinic in Zaporizhia

A charity veterinary clinic has been operating in Zaporizhzhia for a long time, opened by the Ukrainian Veterinary Medicine Fund with the support of FOUR PAWS.

It provides a full range of assistance to animals: from sterilisation and vaccinations to complex operations. In just one year of operation, more than 3,500 animals have received help here. Among them are those who were rescued from the front lines and suffered from the war.

The clinic works closely with volunteers and shelters that care for the most vulnerable animals. For many of them, free sterilisation and treatment is a chance at life and a new home.

Today, charity clinics are already operating in 3️⃣ regions of Ukraine — Zaporizhzhia, Nikopol, and Irpin. Every month, they receive hundreds of calls asking for help, because animals, like people, need protection.

Thanks to the support of caring Ukrainians and international partners, the clinics continue to save lives every day.
